Frequently asked questions
Every product page carries a full measurement table in inches and centimetres, plus the model’s height and the size she is wearing. If you are between sizes, size up for knitwear and true to size for woven dresses. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we will tell you exactly what to order.
US orders ship within one business day and arrive in 2–4 business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150; below that it is a flat $8. Express and international options are calculated at checkout.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with its tags attached, and returns within the US are free. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.
Yes. Start the return as normal and add a note with the size you would like — we reserve it for you and ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Wash knitwear cold on a wool cycle and dry flat. Woven pieces are happier on a delicate cycle or hand wash. We include a care card with every order, and we offer free repairs for the first two years.
We do. Stockist and press requests go to our studio team — email us with “Wholesale” or “Press” in the subject line and we will send the current line sheet and terms.
